Ms. Tate was born in McAlester, Oklahoma. In 2010, she received a Juris Doctorate from the University of Tulsa College of Law where she served on the Board of Advocates Executive Board, the American Association of Justice Moot Court Team, and the Energy and Environmental Law Journal. Mrs. Tate’s practice consists of estate planning and probate for Muscogee (Creek) Nation Citizens and insurance defense.
